Higher education relocation of Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design to a campus environment at 1600 Pierce Street, Lakewood, CO.
Services included design and design-build for the relocation of RMCAD onto an historic, 23-acre site, consisting of 17 buildings dating back to late 1800′s (140,000 SF total).
Initial phase included: Classrooms, Art Studios, Photography, Printmaking and Ceramics Labs, Cafe, Administration Offices, Gallery, Auditorium, Library, Book Store; relocation of AMC Cancer Research Center Laboratory.
Subsequent phases included: Stop Motion and Animation Labs, Green Room, expansion design for 50,000 SF on adjacent site.
